We aim to provide you with consistent staples such as salad greens and root vegetables in addition to many other fruits, veggies, and culinary herbs. Over the course of the season, you can look forward to items such as blueberries, strawberries, carrots, radishes, baby greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and onions to name a few. Additionally, we like to throw in some unique varieties along with a recipe suggestion to keep things interesting!
Our produce is organically grown. So we start with untreated, organic seed and use no herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizer. We believe that healthy soil = healthy food, so we use natural methods such as cover cropping, composting, and crop rotation to maintain soil fertility and promote healthy plants.
We operate in conjunction with Adams Farm, where Dave and Judy Adams have been producing high quality poultry for over 35 years. Our CSA is the only way to get their sought after chicken straight from the source.
The animals at Adams Farm experience a quality of life that is seldom seen in the poultry industry. Turkeys and chickens are raised on an all natural, all vegetarian, antibiotic and hormone free grain. They are raised in large open-air barns where they are sheltered from the elements but are able to roam freely and socialize under natural light.
