Our produce is organically grown. So we start with untreated, organic seed and use no herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizer.
We assemble a box of about 6 to 9 items each week. We aim to provide consistent staples such as salad greens and root vegetables every week in addition to many other fruits and veggies over the course of the season. You can expect to see blueberries, strawberries, carrots, beets, radishes, baby greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, and squash to name a few. We also like to throw in the occasional exotic variety along with a recipe suggestion to keep things interesting.
Your weekly selection of fresh veggies will be available for pick up every week, June 15 through October 12 at one of three locations:
At the Farm, Westford - Wednesdays 3:30pm - 6:30pm
The Firebird Cafe, Essex Junction - Thursdays 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Old North End Farmers Market, Burlington - Tuesdays 3:00 pm - 6:30pm
